Job summary

Penrith BMW and Penrith MINI Garage, part of Sime Darby Motors, invites an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team in Western Sydney. You will manage customer service and bookings while delivering outstanding experiences for Prestige brands.

We seek an proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication and organisational skills, plus a current driving licence. Competitive base salary with incentives and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing or Service Advisor role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Solid computer literacy (MS Office and dealership systems desirable)
• A proactive, motivated and customer-focused mindset
• A current and valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Managing customer service and repair requirements in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinating workshop bookings to ensure efficient utilisation
• Providing regular customer updates and maintaining strong relationships
• Accurately preparing and costing invoices in line with company standards
• Supporting workshop productivity and service performance targets
• Participating in ongoing manufacturer and internal training programs
