Job summary

Penrith BMW & MINI in Western Sydney is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team, driving performance across volume, profitability and customer experience.

In this leadership role you will oversee daily operations, support the sales team and ensure processes align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Manager experience in automotive dealerships.
• Strong leadership and team development capability.
• Sound commercial acumen and performance focus.
• Experience across new and used vehicle operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of dealership systems and processes.
• Current driver’s licence and NSW Salesperson Licence.

The Role:

As Sales Manager , you will lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team, driving performance across volume, profitability and customer experience.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support the sales team and ensure all processes align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the Sales team to achieve targets


• Driving sales performance across new and used vehicles


• Managing stock, pricing and trade-in appraisals


• Supporting deal negotiations and approvals


• Monitoring CRM usage, leads and customer follow-up


• Ensuring compliance with brand and dealership standards


• Coaching and developing team members

To be successful, you will have:
