Qualifications

• Proven chef experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with cost management and stock control.
• Understanding of HACCP and food hygiene requirements.
• Ability to plan menus and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and presentation in a busy kitchen.
• Adhere to HSE policies and safe food handling practices.
• Adhere to dietary requirements and special requests.
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils.
• Create high-quality dishes to nourish guests.
• Provide fast, friendly service and supervise kitchen staff.
