The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, strong teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with proven experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Formal trade qualification in commercial cooking or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic purchase ordering and cost management.
• Ability to plan and develop menus.
• HACCP and food hygiene expertise; Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Demonstrated teamwork and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food to a consistently high standard
• Adhering to all HSE policies, procedures, and safe food handling practices
• Accommodating dietary requirements, including allergies and special guest requests
• Managing stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking
• Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen, along with all equipment and utensils
• Creating dishes of exceptional quality that nourish and delight our guests
• Delivering fast, effective service with a positive and professional attitude
• Assisting in overseeing kitchen employees, including training and performance development
