Accor in Sydney seeks a Full time Chef De Partie to join our International Lounges team, delivering efficient, friendly and professional service in lounge settings. Roles include al la carte and buffet environments with opportunities for sponsorship and career growth.

You will support the Executive Chef, manage stock, and lead junior staff while maintaining food safety and presentation standards to excite our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment and relevant trade qualifications.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Understanding of wine and food pairing.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Support the Executive Chef in food preparation, ordering and team development.
• Maintain stock rotation and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate apprentices in preparation and production.
• Manage designated area and anticipate guest needs.
• Prepare and present menu items for buffet, a la carte and tray service.
• Ensure food safety standards throughout the cycle.
