Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park in Sydney's iconic Hyde Park precinct is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our premium hotel kitchen. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items while upholding a clean, hygienic work environment.

You will lead and coach junior chefs, participate in menu development, and work alongside senior colleagues in a high-volume hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• High-volume kitchen experience required.
• Commercial cookery qualification.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and display all menu items.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment.
• Lead and coach junior chefs and provide learning opportunities.
• Contribute to menu development and creation with the Executive/Sous Chef.
