Job summary

Elements of Byron, a luxury beachfront resort, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our premium restaurant and own the dining experience. You will manage a passionate kitchen team, delivering exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience at a 5-star luxury establishment, a Cert III in commercial cookery, and a hands-on leadership style with a strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a large 5-star luxury restaurant serving premium dining at Chef de Cuisine level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade.
• Drive a woodfire and grill-centred menu with exceptional quality and consistency.
• Build strong relationships with local farmers, growers, fishers and suppliers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
