Crystalbrook Byron is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to join our culinary leadership team, reporting to the Executive Chef. This role leads daily kitchen operations, shapes menus and elevates guest experiences with fresh, seasonal and sustainably sourced produce.

You will mentor the brigade, balance creativity with operational discipline, and step into full leadership in the Executive Chef's absence. Premium hotel environment and collaborative culture await.

Formación

• Experience leading a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in premium hotel, resort or fine dining.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop a diverse brigade.
• Passion for seasonal, sustainably sourced produce and creative menu concepts.
• Excellent attention to quality, presentation and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead culinary direction and daily kitchen operations alongside Executive Chef.
• Inspire, coach and develop the kitchen brigade to achieve high performance.
• Drive menu development with seasonal concepts and creative presentation.
• Lead service with energy, attention to detail and consistency.
• Manage costs, labour, ordering, stock control and kitchen productivity.
• Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance throughout the team.
