You will drive guest satisfaction through exceptional flavours, collaborate across departments, and uphold WH&S standards in a fast-paced environment. A trade qualification relevant to the role is required and opportunities for growth exist within a sustainability-focused hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Current trade qualification relevant to kitchen role.
• Experience in a high-functioning kitchen environment.
• Sound knowledge of WH&S legislation and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest satisfaction through food experiences.
• Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm.
• Provide hands-on support to junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the F&B Service team and all hotel departments.
• Promote and be accountable for WH&S in the kitchens.
• Contribute to seasonal and promotional menu creation.
• Support procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food.
