Job summary

The Clayton Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Chef for a full-time role with a salary of 80,000–90,000 AUD per year for the right candidate.

You will plan menus, estimate costs, prepare and present dishes, maintain hygiene, and train staff to uphold our culinary standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant Hospitality education is preferred.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma
