• Lead and mentor checkout and customer service team members.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Oversee daily checkout operations including cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues professionally.
• Monitor staffing and prepare team rosters; train new staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, WHS, and loss prevention procedures.
• Track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist store management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
