Job summary

Bernardi Group is seeking a Store Support Lead to assist the Store Manager by directing Customer Service Assistants and acting as Manager on Duty. You will drive KPI performance, lead front-end operations and ensure brand standards across payroll, stock, safety and store procedures.

You will train staff on our customer service values, uphold safety protocols, and support merchandising and communications with the corporate office. Strong people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists with directing Customer Service Assistants and acts as Manager on Duty.
• Leads Front End Operations and establishes store goals.
• Trains staff on customer service values and SOPs.
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness.
• Manages payroll and stock procedures; assists with invoicing and deliveries.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; prepares bank deposits.
