Job summary

The Charter division at CDC NSW is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Reservations Consultant to join the team at our St. Marys office in Western Sydney on a 12 month, fixed-term Maternity Leave contract.

Reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager, this role will provide administration support to Charter team and excellent customer service to our clients. Key responsibilities include responding to inbound communications, processing quotes and bookings, maintaining KPI

Personable, well-presented in person and on the phone.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines.
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound communications (phone and email) promptly.
Respond and process quotes/bookings/correspondence with high attention to detail.
Ensure KPI targets and correct margins are met.
Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
Invoicing as required.
Face-to-face customer meetings as needed.
General office duties and ad hoc tasks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
