Job summary

The Charter division at CDC NSW is seeking a dynamic Charter Reservations Consultant to join our St Marys office in Western Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. The role provides administration support to the Charter team and delivers excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager, you will handle quotes, bookings and inquiries, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accuracy, timely invoicing, and KPI guidance while maintaining professional client

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound communications (phone and email) in a timely manner.
• Respond and process all quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers with high attention to detail.
• Ensure KPI targets and correct margins are met.
• Maintain customer service standards at all times.
• Invoicing as required.
• Face-to-face customer meetings as requested.
• General office duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally.
