Job summary

CDC NSW's Charter division in St Marys seeks a Charter Reservations Consultant to join on a 12 month fixed-term maternity leave contract, reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager. The role provides administration support to the Charter team and delivers excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities include responding to inbound communications, processing quotes and bookings, invoicing, attending face-to-face meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound communications (phone and email) in a timely manner.
• Respond and process quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers with high accuracy.
• Ensure KPI targets and correct margins are met.
• Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
• Invoicing as required.
• Attend face-to-face customer meetings as needed.
• Undertake general office duties and ad hoc tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
