Job summary

CDC Queensland is seeking a commercially driven sales leader to own a charter portfolio with significant growth potential. Based at the Kunda Park depot, you will report to the General Manager and steer the charter division across Queensland.

You will lead three Charter Coordinators, drive KPI-based performance, re-engage dormant accounts, and collaborate with depot operations to ensure delivery meets promises. A background in passenger transport is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales, bookings, or inbound service team with defined KPIs.
• Track record of re-engaging dormant accounts and growing revenue from an office base.
• Ability to collaborate with operations to protect service quality.
• Direct experience in passenger transport or bus operations preferred, across related sectors.

Responsibilities

• 40% Team Leadership: mentor three Charter Coordinators and drive performance with KPI coaching.
• 40% Proactive Business Development & Account Recovery: re-engage dormant clients and win back revenue.
• 20% Operational Alignment & Service Delivery: align with depot operations to ensure on-time, quality service.
