Job summary

Perilya Limited, a well-established Australian mining company with the Broken Hill Operation in New South Wales, seeks an experienced Charge Up Operator to join its underground mining team. This role focuses on safe and efficient blasting operations and compliance with site procedures.

You will conduct charging, blasting, and handling of explosives underground, transport and prepare explosives, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the shift team to meet production targets.

Role Details
Perilya is seeking an experienced Charge Up Operator to join our underground mining team in Broken Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a long-standing operation that values safety, teamwork, and career development.

As a Charge Up Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out underground charge-up activities in accordance with statutory requirements and site procedures to ensure safe and efficient blasting operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
