New Aim Pty Ltd. in Melbourne is seeking a Channel Development & Partnerships Manager to own the commercial layer of our marketplace and retail partnerships.

You’ll lead end-to-end BD, pilot new formats, negotiate terms, and drive revenue across multiple channels, from social and live commerce to international market entry. Reporting to the Platform Performance team in China with local Australia focus, you’ll craft joint business plans, create value through exclusive deals, and build strong

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, retail, marketplace, FMCG or consumer products.
• Proven success negotiating commercial agreements with major partners.
• Strong understanding of Australian retail and marketplace landscape.
• Experience across multi-stakeholder, multi-channel environments.
• Comfort with margin, P&L and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial layer of channel relationships from pitch to signed agreement.
• Identify, evaluate, pitch, negotiate terms, and onboard partners.
• Drive revenue across channels through expansion, discounts, exclusive deals.
• Manage trading terms and joint business planning with partners.
• Collaborate with Platform Performance to implement events and SKU/pricing builds.
