Job summary

PayPal seeks a Director, Consumer for Australia to own the end-to-end consumer growth strategy, in-market execution, and alignment with global priorities to drive revenue and PP+ metrics.

You will partner with product, engineering, marketing, CRM and GTM, negotiate partnerships, shape pricing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Background in consumer growth or market expansion.

Responsibilities
