Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Channel Solution Architect to cover Australia, based in Melbourne. You will educate and enable Alliances managers, Solution Providers and MSPs on the CrowdStrike platform, articulating the value of next-gen cloud-delivered security and driving partner growth.

You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver technical and sales training, and help partners expand their offerings while aligning with our AI-first, security-first mission. Travel to partner locations is required.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment with multiple engagements and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt the message to the audience.
• Technical knowledge in endpoint security, cloud security architecture, incident response and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Alliance Managers to grow CrowdStrike business with partners and MSPs.
• Build relationships and become the trusted technical and sales resource for partners.
• Enable partners to pitch, demonstrate, deploy, and test CrowdStrike solutions and educate staff.
• Drive partner resources and tools to achieve technical independence.
• Provide guidance to help partners exceed quarterly quotas and achieve certifications.
• Lead partners to accreditation and certification requirements.
• Advise on testing, POC/POV methods, attacker techniques, and market trends.
