Job summary

Safe Transport Victoria is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the change strategy for the Future Systems program, guiding a transition from legacy systems to a unified Salesforce platform. You will own business readiness, communications, training and adoption activities to embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior change leader with proven experience delivering organisational change in complex programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into practical actions.
• Experience delivering change management in large technology or business transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy and plan for the Future Systems program.
• Oversee impact assessment, readiness, training and embedding activities across releases.
• Establish and lead a network of change champions across the organisation.
• Direct the design and delivery of training, job aids and support materials.
• Lead adoption-focused communications aligned to the program roadmap.
• Provide expert advice on readiness, sentiment and adoption risk to senior leaders.
