Job summary

Safe Transport Victoria (ST Vic) seeks a senior Salesforce Solution and Technical Architect to deliver design and integration across enterprise platforms. You will define end-to-end designs, oversee implementation, and drive interoperability between Salesforce and related systems.

In this government-facing role, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, engage stakeholders, and shape modernisation activities to uplift our Salesforce environment and processes.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect certifications.
Mandatory: Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant cloud DevOps and/or AWS certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and design expertise for ST Vic Salesforce platforms and connected systems.
Discuss and define end-to-end solution designs; oversee technical implementation.
Lead the integration architecture for the Salesforce environment and ensure interoperability with other platforms.
Provide input to the Design Authority to ensure designs meet architectural principles and business requirements.
