Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Senior Change Manager in Sydney to lead people-focused changes across technology, processes and structures. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomes, guiding a team and shaping Uniting’s enterprise Change Management Framework.

You will develop end-to-end change strategies, drive impact assessments, communications, and learning, and embed change across project lifecycles while championing a One Uniting approach and ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide change programs.
• End-to-end change management from strategy to adoption.
• Ability to coach and develop other change practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end change strategies across major initiatives.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption.
• Embed change management throughout project lifecycles with teams.
• Coach senior leaders to sponsor and reinforce change across programs.
• Use data and feedback to identify risks and practical solutions.
• Support leaders to understand and adopt new ways of working.
• Mentor and develop a team of up to four change practitioners.
• Contribute to Uniting's Change Management Framework, tools and practices.
• Champion a One Uniting approach to change across programs.
