Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a major SAP rollout and broader transformation program in Brisbane. You will lead change activities, engage stakeholders, and ensure business readiness across the project lifecycle.

This hands-on role requires strong change management discipline, depth in communications and training, and the ability to drive adoption while partnering with senior leaders. Interstate travel may be required during the contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Strong experience across change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
• Proven ability to engage effectively across complex stakeholder groups, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of organisational change, adoption and business transition within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Brisbane CBD 5 days per week.
• Ability and willingness to travel to interstate as required.
• Preferred: ERP/SAP change experiences.

• Define and deliver the end-to-end change management approach for a major SAP implementation.
• Develop and maintain Change Impact Assessments, identifying impacts across people, processes, systems and ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities across business and technology teams.
• Develop and execute targeted communications and engagement strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate training, education and adoption activities for impacted employees and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and execute business readiness plans, ensuring teams are prepared for implementation and new ways of working.
• Partner with project, business and technical stakeholders to proactively manage change risks, resistance and adoption challenges.
• Support go-live and post-go-live transition, embedding new processes and driving sustainable adoption.
• Contribute to change activities across broader transformation initiatives, including cyber security uplift, where required.

Join a large, complex organisation undergoing significant technology and business transformation, with the opportunity to lead change across a major SAP rollout and broader transformation initiatives.

• $180,000k annually – prorated over contract duration.
• 9-month fixed-term contract (possibility of extension)
• Brisbane CBD | 5 days per week onsite
• Interstate travel may be required.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a large organisation delivering a significant portfolio of technology and business change.

Initially, you will lead change activities for a large-scale SAP rollout. Partnering with business and technology teams to ensure impacted stakeholders are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the program. You will take ownership across the change lifecycle, from impact assessment and stakeholder engagement through to communications, training, business readiness, go-live and adoption.

Beyond the SAP program, you will contribute to other enterprise-wide initiatives, including a substantial cyber security uplift, providing exposure to a varied portfolio of organisational and technology change.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Change Manager who is comfortable operating in a complex, operational environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and translating program change into practical outcomes for the business.

Mandatory Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Strong experience across change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
• Proven ability to engage effectively across complex stakeholder groups, from operational teams through to senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of organisational change, adoption and business transition within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Brisbane CBD 5 days per week.
• Ability and willingness to travel to interstate as required.

Desirable Experience

• Demonstrated Change Management experience supporting an ERP implementation or major enterprise technology transformation.
• Previous SAP implementation or rollout experience.
• Change Management experience across multiple SAP functional or business process areas.
• Experience delivering change within operationally complex, asset-intensive, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Exposure to cyber security transformation or uplift programs, particularly where change involves policies, procedures, governance and employee behaviours.
• Experience supporting transformation across multiple businesses, sites or geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.
