Job summary

Reo Group in Sydney is seeking a Change Lead to guide a significant enterprise-wide transformation across digital customer experience, products, claims, policy servicing, and process automation.

You will own the integrated change strategy, partner with senior leaders and global delivery teams, and translate complex transformation into practical steps that drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change across large technology transformation programs.
• Ability to develop change strategies, impact assessments, communications and readiness plans.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and facilitation skills.
• Experience with global/distributed teams.
• Understanding of automation and AI impacts on roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and multiple workstreams.
• Change management certification is highly regarded.

Candidate Profile

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and can make complex change feel clear and manageable. Your experience includes:

• Leading organisational change across large, complex technology transformation programs.
• Developing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, communications, training and readiness plans.
• Building stakeholder relationships and using influencing and facilitation skills to create alignment.
• Working effectively with global and distributed teams.
• Understanding how automation and AI affect people, roles and ways of working.
• Navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and multiple workstreams.
• Applying structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Change management certification is highly regarded.
