Job summary

TOM People is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint a Senior Change Manager based in Sydney. You will shape and drive organisational change across a complex engineering and operations environment, setting strategies for large-scale transformation.

You will build change frameworks, roadmaps and approaches from scratch, while aligning senior leaders and delivery teams to a cohesive transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience driving behavioural, cultural and operating-model change.
• Able to think strategically while delivering hands-on execution.

The Role

This is a highly influential role focused on:

• Leading ways-of-working and organisational transformation initiatives
• Building change frameworks, roadmaps and approaches from scratch
• Driving stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and cultural change
• Improving collaboration across technical, operational and delivery teams
• Preparing the business for large-scale transformation delivery

You'll bring

• Extensive Change Management experience within large, complex organisations
• Proven success operating in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience driving behavioural, cultural and operating model change
• The ability to be both strategic and hands‑on

Highly Regarded

• Experience working with engineering, technology or technical stakeholder groups
• Large-scale transformation or organisational effectiveness experience
