You will lead change from early planning through adoption, building trusted relationships with executives, project teams and frontline staff, turning complex information into clear, practical guidance. You'll coordinate engagement, training and readiness, and listen to concerns to keep momentum.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you'll lead change from early planning through to adoption, ensuring initiatives work for the people who use them.

You will:

What you'll bring

You're an experienced change practitioner who combines structured delivery with an approachable, thoughtful style. You can work confidently with executives and connect just as naturally with people delivering services on the ground.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience leading change across complex organisations, multiple locations and concurrent initiatives.

• A track record across technology, process and operational change, ideally including CRM or ERP implementations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen closely, ask useful questions and make the complex feel manageable.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to influence through trust, credibility and shared understanding.

• Empathy for people who may be tired of change or uncertain about what it means for them.

• Practical judgement, personal accountability and the confidence to simplify an approach when needed.

Experience in aged care, healthcare, community services or another people-centred environment would be valuable. Change management qualifications are welcome, alongside evidence of helping people successfully adopt change.
