Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Change & Enablement specialist for a 12-month max-term contract to shape strategic transformation across our organisation. You will partner with leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, drive readiness and adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people.

You will turn insights into action through data-driven measurement of readiness and adoption, coaching leaders, and delivering people-focused change strategies that minimise risk and maximise

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives and embedding change.
• Ability to assess change impacts, evaluate readiness and identify stakeholder needs.
• Understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools and apply best-practice approaches.

Responsibilities

• Assess change impacts, readiness, risks and stakeholder needs to provide actionable insights for delivery and adoption.
• Measure, monitor and report on change effectiveness, readiness and adoption outcomes with data-driven insights.
• Support targeted engagement and communication strategies to build awareness and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and execute change strategies and plans that minimise risk and drive transformation outcomes.
• Coach and advise leaders on delivering best-practice change management and people-focused transformation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth adoption and business benefits.
