Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a Change & Communications Lead to guide teams through system and process shifts, translating complex milestones into targeted communications and executing cutover readiness plans. You will develop multi-channel communications across functions, lead cutover activities, assess readiness, and drive adoption, while partnering with training to ensure go-live readiness.

Strong stakeholder management in large, decentralized organizations and public sector transformation

Qualifications

• Demonstrated managing change and communications within large scale enterprise ERP or HRIS implementations.
• Mandatory hands on experience leading cutover activities, business readiness assessments, and go live transitions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills within complex, decentralized organizations.
• Public sector transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on site 3 days per week.
