Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking an experienced Transformation Change & Communications Specialist to drive Agile, technology and operating model transformations across the business. You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to develop and execute change and communication strategies that boost adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will design and deliver change plans, assess stakeholder impact, craft leadership messages and employee communications, and support agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Communications.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery transformation, technology change and operating model change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop executive and employee communications.
