Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead to guide ERP cutover readiness and adoption in a public sector transformation program. You will translate complex milestones into targeted communications and coordinate across HRIS/ERP stakeholders.

On-site three days a week, you will drive multi-channel communications, lead cutover activities, assess business readiness, and partner with training teams to ensure teams are prepared for go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience managing change and communications within large-scale ERP/HRIS implementations.
• Hands-on experience leading cutover activities, readiness assessments and go-live transitions.
• Strong stakeholder management in decentralized organizations.
• Public sector transformation experience is highly desirable.
• On-site work required: ability to work on site 3 days per week.
