Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to lead organizational change for technology programs in Australia. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training design, and communications strategy to enable successful transformation.

Responsibilities include building change capability, coaching stakeholders, and delivering adoption measurement while aligning with project goals and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Change Management for large software modernization programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Certification in Prosci AKDAR or ACMP CMP would be advantageous.
• HR/Talent and Organizational Change Management skills.
• Project management experience with planning and tracking.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute Organisational Change Management strategy for technology program initiatives.
• Deliver internal communications and training plans.
• Build change management capability within Business/Functions and manage obstacles to change.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders; coach and mentor as requested.
• Participate in large-scale or global transformation efforts; apply Agile methodologies.
• Incorporate digital aspects (social, media, analytics) into change plans.
• Contribute to practice development (culture, recruiting, whitepapers).
• Manage content for intranets and social media; plan communications campaigns.

Job description

• Experience in executing Organisational Change Management method and strategy for Technology program initiatives
• Experience in successfully managing and delivering internal communications and training plans
• Detailed working knowledge of Management of Change, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysis
• Understanding of business context, its aims and its priorities
• Support the development of a change management capability within the Business / Functions to accept the transformation while anticipating, identifying and planning for obstacles and barriers to delivering change management, communication and capability build
• Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring as requested from the key relevant stakeholders
• Large-scale and/or global transformation experience; Agile implementation experience
• Understanding of industry/workforce trends and drivers for clients
• Experience with Digital aspects and how to incorporate into Change Plans such as: Social, Media and Analytics
• Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
