Job summary

Wirrigan Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a major, multi-year HCM transformation program. The role requires leading change practitioners, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive change strategies in a large, complex environment.

The successful candidate will guide change across business reform, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, adapting approaches as the program evolves to support new ways of working and adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior change management experience, ideally delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading change across large, complex organisations, preferably in a public sector or similarly complex environment.
• Strong HCM transformation experience, with exposure to SAP, Workday or Oracle highly desirable.

• Lead, coach and coordinate change analysts and practitioners, ensuring consistent and effective change delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a major, multi-year HCM transformation program within a large and complex organisation.

This is a high-profile transformation role requiring a seasoned change professional who can hit the ground running, lead change practitioners and work confidently with senior stakeholders across a complex and evolving environment.

The program is focused on business reform, process improvement, future operating model design and technology transformation, with significant change across established ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver change management strategies and plans across a large-scale HCM transformation program.

Lead, coach and coordinate change analysts and practitioners, ensuring consistent and effective change delivery.

Engage and influence senior stakeholders and leaders across multiple levels of the organisation.

Assess organisational impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness, and develop strategies to manage resistance and support adoption.

Adapt change approaches as the program evolves, supporting business reform, new ways of working and future operating model changes.

Key Skills & Experience

Demonstrated senior change management experience, ideally delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Proven experience leading change across large, complex organisations, preferably within a public sector or similarly complex environment.

Strong HCM transformation experience, with exposure to platforms such as SAP, Workday or Oracle highly desirable.

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading change analysts, practitioners or broader change teams.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills, with the resilience to navigate resistance and ambiguity.
