Job summary

McNab is seeking a Change & Adoption Specialist to lead the people side of a major Dayforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout. You will own change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption and benefits tracking to ensure teams are ready, confident and productive with the new systems.

This is a full-time, maximum-term contract of up to two years, covering implementation, go-live and transition to business as usual.

Qualifications

Extensive change management experience on complex enterprise technology implementations.
Demonstrated capability across change impact assessments, readiness planning, communications, training needs analysis, and adoption tracking.
Ability to engage dispersed frontline and blue-collar workforces and communicate with site teams to executives.
Strong analytical and commercial skills, including tracking adoption and linking change outcomes to business value.
Qualified or accredited in change management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the change, communications, engagement, training and adoption plan across programs and milestones.
Assess readiness and risks, addressing gaps before go-live with business leaders.
Deliver clear communications and role-based training for diverse teams.
Support stakeholders with tools and guidance to manage change and adoption.
Measure readiness, adoption and benefits, coordinate go-live support and transition to BAU.
