Avanade is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead focused on Microsoft technologies to guide large-scale system integration programs from mobilisation through to completion.

You will own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget and quality, manage contracts and client expectations, and lead cross-functional teams including vendors and offshore resources in both Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise consulting or technology engagements.
• Accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and client outcomes.
• Strong understanding of governance and professional services environments.
• Experience managing contracts, statements of work and change control.
• Financial forecasting, margin management and estimate-to-complete capabilities.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies and benefits.
• Mobilise engagements by translating commitments into an integrated delivery plan and governance.
• Establish roles, escalation paths, milestones and reporting expectations.
• Lead delivery using Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall approaches as appropriate.
• Maintain an integrated view of workstreams and delivery readiness.
• Drive timely decisions and intervene when performance varies from plan.
• Lead delivery through discovery, design, build, test, deployment and closure.
• Maintain documentation, handover activities and closure obligations.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as principal delivery contact for executives.
• Translate objectives into achievable delivery outcomes and provide evidence-based advice.
