Job summary

O'Brien is undertaking a major enterprise transformation, replacing Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain systems with a new ERP platform. We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team and drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.

You will partner with the Change Manager and business leaders to deliver change plans, coordinate activities, develop communications and track readiness and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Conducting change impact and stakeholder assessments.
