Queensland Childcare Services seeks a driven Co-Director to lead Woodcrest Early Education Centre in Springfield. You will inspire and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every day, overseeing operations and maintaining high standards.

This full-time role offers a salary well above the award, monthly bonuses (fee/occupancy), attractive profit share, relocation support, and access to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a childcare centre.
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
• Current QLD Blue Card.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance and staff development, ensuring the highest standards.
• Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
• Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
