Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Hills Early Education Centre (EEC) in Jimboomba. You’ll guide a room with creativity, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and current Blue Card.
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge.

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
