Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking a Lead Educator for the West Morayfield Early Education Centre in Morayfield. You will lead curriculum planning for children aged 0–5, mentor staff, and foster inclusive and safe learning environments while building strong family and community partnerships.

The role offers Monday–Friday, up to 38 hours per week, location Morayfield, with compensation up to $39/hr plus Super and extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current Blue Card
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join West Morayfield Early Education Centre (EEC).

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
