Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate educators to join Woodlands Early Education Centre in Waterford. The role is Monday–Friday, up to 38 hours per week, with flexible options and competitive hourly pay up to $37+ Super.

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5, support room leaders, and contribute to a collaborative, engaging learning environment. QCCS offers paid PD, fully funded qualifications, and generous benefits to staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
• Current Blue Card
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for outdoor, nature-based education

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
• Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Work under the guidance of Lead Educators
