Queensland Childcare Services in Glass House Mountains is seeking an Office Administrator with Early Childhood experience to join our team. The role combines administration, enrolment coordination, and support for a positive education journey for our Little People.

The position runs Monday to Friday, offers Above Award pay with bonuses, and growth opportunities across our 24 centres. You’ll contribute to smooth operations and strong family engagement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin within the Early Childhood sector.
• Knowledge of NQF, legislation and (ideally) QLD Kindy Funding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems
• Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills — active listening and professional compassion
• Ability to adapt to diverse personalities, families and support scenarios
• Consistent “can-do” work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
• Calm, positive and solutions-focused — even under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues early
• A valid Blue Card
• Articulate and professional presentation
