Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services seeks a proactive Co-Director to lead Woodcrest Early Education Centre in Springfield, inspiring and empowering a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence daily.

You will drive occupancy, ensure high-quality care, and promote safety, nutrition, and staff development. The role offers full-time hours (38/week) with flexibility, a competitive package well above the award, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering exceptional results in a centre.
• Experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education is required.
• Current QLD Blue Card is mandatory.
