Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) seeks passionate Lead Educators to join Woodcrest Early Education Centre in Springfield. You’ll lead curriculum planning for children aged 0–5, mentor staff, and foster inclusive learning environments within a values-driven team.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, up to 38 hours per week with flexible options. Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super. QCCS offers extensive benefits, professional development, and relocation support to join our growing network.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
• Current Blue Card
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years

• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
