Goodstart Plus is our enhanced, integrated place-based approach. It has been designed to ensure that every child gets the support they need during the foundational first five years of childhood to help them thrive now and when they start school, no matter where they live or their life circumstances.
Building on Goodstart's high quality, inclusive early learning, Goodstart Plus provides additional support, specialist expertise and stronger connections with families and community services to help children develop the skills, confidence and capabilities they need for their early childhood and their successful transition to school. The model also assists families and carers to access additional supports that make a meaningful difference.
About Goodstart Mannering Park:
Located on Vales Road in the heart of the Mannering Park community, Goodstart Mannering Park is a welcoming and inclusive centre caring for children aged 12 months to six years.
As Centre Director, you'll lead a passionate and experienced team across two engaging indoor learning spaces and natural outdoor environments, supporting a strong culture of collaboration, connection and quality early learning.
Our inquiry-based programs are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and shaped around each child's strengths, interests and developmental needs. You'll have the opportunity to inspire your team to deliver meaningful learning experiences while building strong, trusted relationships with children and families.
Community connection is at the heart of Goodstart Mannering Park, with established relationships with local schools including Mannering Park Public School and Wyee Public School. As Centre Director, you'll play an important role in strengthening these partnerships and supporting children and families through their transition to school.
As a Goodstart Plus centre, you'll also be supported with additional resources, specialist expertise and tailored support to strengthen outcomes for children, families and educators.
