Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Centre Director for Goodstart Success in Perth. The role involves leading a 66-place centre, guiding educators, and driving the centre’s strategic and financial performance to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You will manage a team, implement our learning program, and develop relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring safe and enriching environments aligned with Best Practice.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience with leading and managing change within education.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

Pay: From $58.38 p/h + super + bonuses (depending on qualification and experience)

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• 66 place centre located adjacent to Jandakot Primary School on Hammond Road in Success.
• Longstanding team supported by an Assistant Director, Ed Leader and Admin.
• Team values open communication and collaboration, ensuring support for children and their families.
• Fixed term role until September 2027
