Job summary

Goodstart Currumbin Waters is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and develop the center, guiding a new generation of educators. The role focuses on delivering high-quality learning programs and building a strong, sustainable business.

You will manage a team, ensure financial and operational performance, and drive continuous improvement within a Not-for-Profit early learning environment. This full-time position includes competitive pay and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Pay: Starting from $58.38 p/h + Super
