Job summary

Goodstart Alfred Cove is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our 67‑place early learning centre at 541 Canning Highway, Alfred Cove. You will guide the leadership team, support teachers and educators, and build strong relationships with children, families and the local community to deliver high-quality learning.

You will deliver our bespoke learning programme, develop your team, plan for future growth, ensure financial and operational performance, and uphold the Not-for-Profit

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In This Role, You Will

About Goodstart Alfred Cove

• Lead an established, purpose-built early learning centre — oversee a 67-place centre offering quality long day care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
