Job summary

Haben is seeking an Administration Manager for Seven Hills Plaza to join the Centre Management team. The role is hands-on, focused on administrative, financial and lease administration functions within a busy retail centre environment.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager and Haben teams, managing budgets, reporting, arrears, rent rolls and tenant records while building strong retailer relationships and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Shopping centre/retail property experience
• Strong financial administration skills
• Understanding of retail leases and tenant charges
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and accruals.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expenditure and tenant recoverable charges.
• Take an active role in arrears management and debt recovery with retailers.
• Maintain rent rolls, tenancy schedules, rental reviews and tenant records.
• Support lease administration, including tenant charges and lease documentation.
• Maintain centre registers, records and compliance documentation.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and centre stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate reports and provide admin support across the Centre Management team.
• Assist with retailer communications and centre initiatives.
• Collaborate with Haben’s Finance, Operations, Marketing and Head Office teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the centre.
