Job summary

Savills seeks a Retail and Administration Manager for Paradise Centre on the Gold Coast to support the Centre Manager in daily operations, retailer engagement and financial control. You will handle tenant accounts, credit control, reporting and office management while coordinating with the Administration Support & Casual Mall Leasing team.

You will oversee lease admin, invoicing, arrears, and budget tracking, driving accurate reporting and efficient processes within a busy retail centre

Qualifications

• Experience in property or shopping centre administration and financial tasks.
• Strong credit control and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MRI or similar property management software.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for retailers on trading, leases, reporting and centre operations.
• Oversee lease administration: commencements, expiries, options, rent reviews and outgoings.
• Ensure efficient centre management office operations during business hours.
• Lead property administration, billing, arrears reporting and credit control.
• Manage supplier invoices, POs and approval workflows.
• Support budget prep, financial tracking and month-end reconciliation.
• Prepare timely financial and administrative client reports.
