Savills is seeking a Retail and Administration Manager to support the Paradise Centre management team on the Gold Coast. You’ll focus on retailer engagement, tenant performance, centre financials, lease administration and arrears reporting, coordinating with the finance team for accurate tenant accounts.

You will lead administrative processes with the support of Admin Staff, ensuring efficient centre operations and timely CML billing, reporting and invoicing.

Formación

• Experience in property or shopping centre administration.
• Experience with property management software (MRI preferred).
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an administrative team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day contact for retailers on trading issues, lease obligations, reporting and operations.
• Oversee lease administration: start/end dates, options, rent reviews, outgoings and conditions.
• Ensure centre management office runs efficiently with appropriate coverage.
• Lead centre property administration function and guide Admin Support & Casual Mall Leasing.
• Manage tenant billing, rent reviews, outgoings and charges per lease.
• Oversee credit control, debtor follow-up and arrears reporting.
• Oversee supplier invoices, purchase orders and approvals for timely processing.
• Support budget prep, financial tracking, month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial and administrative information for weekly/monthly client reporting.
• Monitor tenant insurance, bank guarantees and other admin requirements.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Admin Support & Casual Mall Leasing staff.
• Oversee CML billing, income and documentation with support to ensure agreements/payments.
